Once the site is live and handed over we will provide you with a secure address to visit on your web browser, along with your username and password. The address is normally your own web domain with /wp-admin after it. Once logged into the system you will be able to access different elements of the site and will be adding and editing content before you know it! If you can use MicroSoft Word, you can use WordPress!

No problem – when you enter the secure address (URL) into your web browser, there is a link just below the Username and Password fields called ‘lost your password?’ – click on this to receive a reminder!

No problem at all! Send us the details and we will give you a quotation for how long we think it will take to implement for you – if it is just a few minutes then there probably won’t be a charge, but it is always best to ask us to add these rather than trying to yourself unless you know what you are doing. If there are knock on effects from any amendments you make to the site structure, we may need to charge you to put it right and we don’t like doing this!
