Our standard fee structure is £399 plus VAT in advance with a monthly subscription of £39.99 per month for the lifetime of the website. Your first monthly installment will be due the day that your new site is launched and will be collected monthly until you decide to cancel our agreement. There are no contracts in place and no notice is required to terminate the agreement.

Through PayPal. We have integrated with PayPal to make it easy for you to make your payments to us. You can pay by all major Credit/Debit cards and you can even setup your monthly installments to come out on direct debit.

Yes, Media Identity is VAT registered and we will issue you with an invoice on a monthly basis.

You have twenty-four hours to contact us and arrange payment before your website and emails will be bought down. If this does happen there is a £50 plus VAT charge to reinstate the domain (along with your outstanding payment) at which point any emails sent to the domain will be accessible and the site will be made live.

You can transfer your emails to another provider if you wish – simply supply us with the ‘A’ record details of your new service and we will action the transfer. However, if you wish to transfer your whole domain to another provider this is possible, but you will need to design and build a new version of your website. We like to keep things simple here at Media Identity and in order to spread the cost of your website design and build over the lifetime of the site we are unable to allow you to transfer the site elsewhere. We retain ownership of the website design and code throughout the lifetime of the site and license you to use it for as long as you maintain your monthly payments.

The initial deposit covers enough of our time to get the technical aspects of the site build and hosting arranged for you. The monthly installments cover our design and management time in order to allow you to spread the cost of the very best quality in design.
