Payment & Subscription FAQs
How do I pay?
Through PayPal. We have integrated with PayPal to make it easy for you to make your payments to us. You can pay by all major Credit/Debit cards and you can even setup your monthly installments to come out on direct debit.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, Media Identity is VAT registered and we will issue you with an invoice on a monthly basis.
What happens if my payment has not gone through?
Contact us straight away and we’ll arrange for an alternative way t0 pay. We want your website to stay live, so if there are payment issues then please just email us or give us a ring.
Can I transfer my site and/or emails elsewhere?
You can transfer your emails to another provider if you wish – simply supply us with the ‘A’ record details of your new service and we will action the transfer.
What exactly do I get for my money?
Great service, great design and a great content management system, with all your domain and hosting arrangements taken care of for you.
Why do I have to pay you in advance?
The initial deposit covers enough of our time to get the technical aspects of the site build and hosting arranged for you.
